Peningkatan Kapasitas Akademik Mahasiswa melalui Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah Terstruktur

Abstract

Kapasitas akademik mahasiswa, khususnya dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah, merupakan kompetensi kunci yang menentukan kualitas luaran akademik dan daya saing lulusan perguruan tinggi. Namun, mahasiswa masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman struktur artikel ilmiah, rendahnya literasi akademik, serta minimnya pengalaman publikasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas akademik mahasiswa melalui pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah terstruktur berbasis model IMRaD. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan daring yang meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi terarah, dan simulasi penulisan artikel ilmiah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting dan melibatkan mahasiswa Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol Padang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap karakteristik karya ilmiah, struktur artikel jurnal, serta teknik penyusunan abstrak dan pendahuluan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini mendorong peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah untuk publikasi. Program ini berimplikasi pada penguatan budaya akademik dan dapat direplikasi sebagai model pengabdian berbasis penguatan kapasitas akademik mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.
