Abstract

Improving the quality of employee resources become very urgent and needs to be well planned, directed, and sustainable in order to improve the capability and professionalism. Fonemena-fonemena that occurred in Padang SAR Office by the writer's observation is unequal division of labor, the tendency of the difference between employees who do not have the skills as an opportunity to increase the necessary expertise in the field is limited tends to be given to employees who already have a position or skill. The research objective was to determine the effect of the Quality of Work and Organizational Culture Employee Work Commitment Against the SAR Office Padang. The approach in this research using descriptive quantitative method. In this study identified the variables into two independent variables the quality of work and organizational culture (X) and the dependent variable work commitment (Y). The population in this study were all employees of the office of Padang SAR of 88 people, a sample of 88 people. The data used are primary and secondary data and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found a significant effect on the quality of work of work commitments. employees in the Office of the SAR Padang, organizational culture significantly influence the work commitment in Padang SAR Office. Based on the test variable f found the quality of work and organizational cultures together affect the commitment of employees working in the Office of the SAR Padang. In the variable quality of work, found the quality of work of employees is pretty good, needs to be innovation by improving the work of employees, employee efficiency and employee creativity. At the recommended cultural variables can be done on the innovation culture by replacing the old culture with new work culture. At work commitments variables are in fairly good state and therefore needs to be increased employee commitment by creating loyal employees in the work and given duties in accordance with the position
