Analisis Faktor-Faktor Keterlambatan Penyelesaian Proyek Infrastruktur Pembangunan Jalan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1 ) To determine the extent are perceptions of the project actors fakror- main factors that lead to delays in project implementation on a road construction project in Solok , 2 ) To determine the dominant factors that cause keterlamabatan on road construction project in Solok . This study uses descriptive quantitative survey techniques . The population in this study were all parties involved in the activities of the project , both the DGH and the contractor . The sampling technique used was simple random sampling , where samples were taken at random in a population , the number of samples in this study were 96 respondents . The analytical tool used in this study is the use of Test Cochran Test ( Ujang Sumarwan , 2012: 89 ) . The results of this study indicate that the factor of Labor, Factor material, Factor Equipment, Factor Characteristics place, Financial Factors , Factor situation, Factor Change , factors Scope and Contract /Employment Documents, Factor Inspection Systems , Control and Evaluation Jobs , Managerial factors is a factor that causes ketrlambatan on completion of the road construction project in Solok . The most dominant factor of cause keterlamabatan completion of road projects in the district are Soolok labor factor.
