Pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga, Motivasi Berprestasi dan Cara Belajar Terhadap Karakteristik Wirausaha Siswa SMK Bisnis Manajemen Kota Padang

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to inform (1) The influence the family environment on achievement motivation, (2) The influence the family environment and achievement motivation on learning, (3) The influence the family environment, achievement motivation and learning style the characteristics Vocational students entrepreneurial skills Management Business Marketing Padang. This type of research is descriptive associative. The population was all students of SMK Padang amounted to 608 people to sample as many as 241 students. The sampling technique use proportional random sampling. Techniques of data collection was a questionnaire and using path analysis. The results showed that (1) the family environment significantly influence achievement motivation, (2) family environment and achievement motivation significant the effect on learning style, (3) family environment, achievement motivation and learning style significantly influence students entrepreneurial characteristics SMK Business Management Padang. Based on the research results suggested the students to improve achievement motivation that leads to the entrepreneurial characteristics of students and parents to direct the child to develop his creativity.
