PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI, PROMOSI JABATAN, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN KERJA KARYAWAN BANK NAGARI CABANG UTAMA PADANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze influences organizational climate, promotion and job satisfaction toward job commitment. This study is the descriptive causative research. the number of population in this research were 188 people. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires to respondents. from 128 questionnaires distributed, questionnaires are feasible in this study were 100 questionnaires. SEM programs with WarpPLS methods version 3.0 used to analyze the results of this study. The results showed that organizational climate had a significant effect on job satisfaction, promotion had a significant effect to job satisfaction, job satisfaction no significant effect on job commitment, organizational climate had a significant effect on work commitments, and promotion no significant effect on work commitment.
