Abstract

This writing is based on the hesitation of almost all lecturers in PTS as permanent lecturers who still feel they have not received the UMK as stipulated by the West Java government and from several interviews conducted at several PTS in West Java and this was done while the writer was conducting a workshop at LLDIKTI Region IV of West Java, it is hoped that this writing will make attention and in the not too distant future the UMK for Permanent lecturers teaching at PTS can be realized.
