PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN PADA BPR X KOTO SINGKARAK KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

Job characteristics and job satisfaction are two very important things, because they can provide work motivation for someone in carrying out their work and are able to contribute to banking performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics and job satisfaction on employee commitment to BPR X Koto Singkarak, Solok Regency both individually and partially. Primary and secondary data are sources of data needed to solve the problems faced by BPR. The population in this study were all BPR employees and the sample was determined by the total sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and tests that have been done, the characteristics of work and job satisfaction on employee commitments at BPR X Koto Singkarak Solok Regency have a significant effect, both individually and partially with a significant value of small α of 0.05. This is because employees’ commitment to banking is one of the guarantees to maintain banking survival.
