PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. CAHAYA MURNI ANDALAS PERMAI
Abstract
The aim of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Cahaya Murni Andalas Permai partially and jointly. This research is a quantitative study that is intended to determine the extent of the influence of work motivation and discipline variables on employee performance at PT Cahaya Murni Andalas Permai. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, the sampling used is the method of Krecjie and Morgan and obtained a sample of 86 respondents. Samples taken are employees who work at PT Cahaya Murni Andalas Permai. Data analysis using SPSS 21 shows the results that Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a sig value of 0,000 smaller than an alpha value of 5%. And the results show the magnitude of the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance amounted to 0.418 or 41.8%.
