ANALISIS PENGARUH TENAGA KERJA DAN JAM KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKSI TAHU DI KOTA SOLOK

Abstract

Production is an activity to produce output with various combinations of inputs and the best technology available. Production results will be useful if the product is of use value. The usefulness of an item will increase if it provides new benefits or more than the original form. The purpose of this study was to determine whether labor and working hours affect the production of tofu in the city of Solok, both partially and simultaneously. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and tests that have been carried out, the labor and working hours have a significant effect on tofu production in the City of Solok both partially and simultaneously with a significant value of small α of 0.05. So it can be concluded that labor plays an important role in various types and types and levels of production activities. The work hours needed by the labor force in completing their work will affect the amount of production. Production will increase if the number of workers and available working hours is in accordance with the capacity of the product produced.
