Abstract

Execution of area autonomy push democratization arrange governance management. Growth of society yield the condition of objective of is growing of local culture, and also people participation instituted and critical as political control to management of governance of area. Existence of number 32 year 2004 as which have been altered with number 12 year 2008 have made area autonomy as symbol reinforcement of republic of indonesia unity state. Giving wide of authority to governance of area, utilize to realize prosperity of society improvement, among others quality of service, enableness, role and also society, and area competitiveness can reach so that not happened deviation and abuse of authority between governance of area and center. Professional bounce bureaucrat and society in going to professionalism aktualisasi management of area autonomy, can realize good governance ( governance good), efficient and effective.
